JPW Samples – Return Policy
At JPW, we take pride in producing high-quality patterns, labels, and garment development materials. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns.
All Sales Are Final
All pattern papers, labels, tags, and printed materials are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will only accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:
- Pattern paper is physically damaged during transit.
- Tags or labels arrive damaged.
- Tags or labels contain spelling errors that do not match the approved order details.
- Items received do not match the original confirmed order specifications.
To qualify:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide clear photo documentation of the issue.
- Items must remain unused and in original condition.
Non-Returnable Situations
JPW does not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse.
- Incorrect quantities ordered.
- Changes of mind after purchase.
- Custom specifications that were approved prior to production.
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences.
- Slight production variances that do not affect functionality.
Resolution Process
If your claim is approved, JPW will:
- Replace the damaged or incorrect item, or
- Issue a store credit at our discretion.
Refunds are not issued unless a replacement cannot be fulfilled.
